The whole store needs management and retrained. You can always rely on the cold food and wrongly made drinks! Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer. If you enjoy coffee grounds in your drink and cold food served with attitude, this is the place for you!

The customer service was good, and the drive-thru cashier was friendly. The drive-thru line moved at a good speed. I ordered a toasted bagel with maple cream cheese. I have always received a container of cream cheese with my order to spread myself. However, today they put it on the bagel. Or at least they attempted to? The bagel showed a hint of toasting on the edge, but nothing anywhere else. The maple cream cheese had a less than desirable taste.

Used to love this location. Now, they seem to have all new employees and have no clue what to do, nor how to make a coffee. I’ve been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have been highly disappointed every time. STALE donuts, given someone else’s order, horrible coffee that was made completely wrong, charged the wrong price, and waited in line way too long.

We’ve been here 3 times and got the wrong donut, wrong type of coffee, and now — I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting for a simple coffee and beyond sausage sandwich (which I was told they had). The person that was making the sandwiches was rude and horribly impolite to me, and gave everyone behind me their order! Turns out they DIDN’T have the sandwich, which would’ve been fine if they told me beforehand or were at least polite about it. I’m coming back here, please consider getting new staff.

Come here often in early mornings. Nice and quiet and very clean. Frozen matcha latte is super good.

Used to love this Dunkin but it’s went downhill the past year and a half in service quality. This time specifically that I just went, the employee couldn’t be bothered to wear his mask. It was a chin strap and pointless. Didn’t get his name because I didn’t care enough to. I’m all for taking it down to breathe when not interacting with customers or food bc yes long work days are exhausting, but that’s not how this played out.
