Subway

I’ve never been so disappointed with a subway. I’ve watched my sandwich be made hundreds of times, literally. I only get one specific sub. Barely got any meat (supposed to be 8 slices for a foot long and I only got 4) and couldn’t evenly distribute my toppings throughout the sub. I shouldn’t have to tell them how to properly make the sub. It wasn’t busy or anything but they were rushing everything for no reason.

Very poor service, I did a DoorDash order because I didn’t my car to go pick up sandwiches. So I ordered 4 foot longs which was pricey. Upon getting them 3 of the 4 where not made right, I specifically asked that one have “light” Mayo and of course it was drowned in it, plus had topping I did not want, then there was another one I selected salt pepper oil and vinegar and it was covered in Mayo and was supposed to be on Italian herbs and cheese and it was made on wheat, I ordered mine not toasted it came toasted and dry hardly any sauce. I call to tell a manager and I am told she is the assistant manager and they won’t have a manager in until Wednesday, then after I explain this she says the only thing I can do is refund you if you bring them back at which point I explained I did DoorDash for a reason her very poor customer service skills said well that’s all I can do! WOW with today’s technology we can order food online and never see anyone to deliver it but can not send pictures for mistakes in service or anything. Overall horrible customer service, poor attitudes, can NOT follow directions for an order. Pick a different location !

The short blonde girl making our sandwiches was very rude, short worded, and didn’t even let me finish my order at checkout, she said the price before I could add cookies. She charged me for guacamole and maybe put a dime sized amount on my sub because I accidentally requested it after it was toasted. She didn’t say have a good day when we were done ordering, she just stood there and stared at us. My sub was not loaded at all, and I was too afraid to ask for a little extra because it was skimpy on the veggies and sauce , but she was being so rude I didn’t want more attitude from her. Overall I’ve been going to subway for years now and this was my first time in this location which is closest to my house, and I will not be coming back. I’ll drive a little further to nicer employees .

I am a regular client at subway.. and everywhere is nice except wallmart massillon branch. We had dinner 3 times there this month and they have the best worker i ever met but always working hard alone without any help although it is crowded.. she is doing the work perfectly full of vibes smiling and very helpfull but subway needs to appreciate her more i guess her name is tiffany i am not sure... thank u
