Subway

Horrible place of business!! Went to this place today, closest place to my house. Arrived just before 4pm, 3 steps inside the door &worker says "I'm closing". Doesn't matter hours say open till 9pm. Excuse, employee was a no show to work shift. This has happened numerous times in the past, & I think the same excuse has been rehearsed!! Went direct to 2nd subway different location , distance twice as far away, & this nightmare story continues. Bottom line, I've had it with this place. It's worthless & should b closed permanent. Definitely doesn't deserve 1 star. If I could I'd give it a ‐10!

Really enjoyes being in there most of the time as most of the workers are quick on there feet. Some worker seem odly silent. Cathy is an outstanding employee that works there. The fastest working one ive seen and effectiveness on making the food. Anytime i come in and see her she always asking how i am and ask for my order. She brings a pleasant smile to the place as she introduces friendly conversation. Overall good service. Never had anything made wrong or was treated poorly.

I am sitting in the Subway at 2612 Cleveland Ave Canton Ohio 44707 the Employee named Casey who isn't a manager and the only employee here fixed my online order of toasted subs at 2:30 when it clearly says on my order I will be in at 8p to pick up. She said she placed them in the fridge for me. I don't want some soggy Subs. She didn't even offer to remake them all she has is Wheat bread an I would have been happy. She don't know how to get into the register to give me my money back. She handed me copies of my receipt saying they were refunded but it's charged again. It is now 8:11 an those sandwiches are still sitting on the counter. Everytime I have problems at this subway. Just once I would like to get what I order on the bread I picked for the sandwich. Don't come to this subway they are never staffed an always out of something. I give 0 🌟 but it will not post if I don't pick one.

Please get rid of that guy so that I can order a sub from here again. It takes him forever to make one sub, and he is lining up 4 to make when I walk in there tonight. I don’t have an hour to spare for him to get to my order. Now, 3 days and 3 more attempts to order a sub with no avail, no bread this time, my Solemn oath, I will never return. Subway seems to not care about their negative reviews.
