Perfection!!! I'm sorry that I can't remember the gentleman's name that built our subs because he was wonderful. The hest customer service I have ever had at any Subway
Our subs were a work of art. He built them perfectly and the were delicious.

Horrible Horrible experience at the east canton subway stood in line for 30 minutes only two sandwiches made in that time for two other people staff was rude and talking on cell phone staff was very unprofessional several customers complained and left myself include this was complete nonsense

I showed up here at 1:15pm for a quick lunch break from work. The doors were locked and no one was there. Hours posted say this location opens at 9am but apparently not today. I understand staffing shortages are a big thing in the service industry, but without signage explaining what the deal is, this experience was extremely upsetting.

the employee the served us this morning needs retrained I got a spicy protein bowl she put all the meat in bottom of bowl with cheese on top of it with out even cutting it…. Then when I asked for side of guacamole from a new container she told me that she had to sell the two brown scoops that were left. Someone please help this place!

The employees were courteous, attentive and respectful. They made my order perfectly. The environment was clean and sanitary. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you Mike and Tamara! You guys are great.

Food and prices are great but the staff here isnt so friendly ... Guy seemed upset i wanted 2 subs ... Was throwing my toppings on ... Just not a pleasant person ... The younger guy he was working with was great watched him help the people in front of me and he was awesome.

The girl who made my order was so nice. She was very pleasant and happy. She had such a great attitude. That's the people who should be working with the public.
The food was delicious as well bit she just made going there all the better.
