Hot and crispy? More like cold and stale.. terrible.. when you ask for off fryer and it’s cold there’s a problem.. hope they rectify the issue but until they do………. I WILL NOT BIY THE FOOD HERE

I've never been so jipped on french fries my entire life! Imagine my surprise taking out my medium fry and it's not even half full. Jipped! I paid $16 for a cold sandwich and someone ate my fries or doesn't care about customer service. I won't order from doordash with this Wendy's ever again. Order inside or drive thru and be sure to check your food.

Stopped at lunch time and long line at the drive thru but couldn't believe how quickly they got people's orders done. Nice job.

No provision for zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This applies to both walk-in and drive-thru. A 10 to 15 minute wait for your incorrect, cold order is guaranteed. Employees are surly, indifferent, and act like they are doing you a favor taking your order, which they promptly screw up. How hard is it to push the the cash register key with a little picture of a hamburger?? I will never, ever patronize this Wendy's again. Your money is better spent elsewhere

They just can’t seem to get things right. Today is a perfect example. The new bacon, chicken, maple croissant. Well it’s on a hamburger bun... I mean croissant is in the name. Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich sub mayo the worker rang it up no honeymustard I double checked it was eight she then fixed it to add the mayo and even yelled up front telling them and they still messed up didn't even throw mayo packets in bag poor management if you ask me cause yes the crew messes up but at the point she also yelled it a good manager would have checked the order at least that's how both McDonald's I worked at was knew I should have went to sonic first and last time at that wendys
