Fazoli's

First time here. Ordered oven baked sampler, orange icee, and orange cheesecake. The breadsticks were delicious buttery goodness. Alfredo, lasagna, and spaghetti and meatball were all very good. I thought only getting 1 meatball was a little skimpy though. Food was a good value for the money. I ordered online for takeout, the food was ready on time and still warm when I got home.

Ordered online and picked up at the store. Mind you, this was our first time eating here. The inside of the building looked dark and honestly didn't look open... so we picked up via drive thru. When the lady took our order she said to just pull up and then proceeded to pretty much yell at us for not coming inside to pick it up off the shelf. Had an attitude about it. All she had to say was to come inside and we would have loved to! We just have never ate here before and the email never specified pickup procedure. She made the three of us feel so bad about ourselves for not knowing any better.. Food was decent but the snarky employee is the reason we will not be returning.
