I don't know if anyone else could say this, but I have always had polite and courteous help from the beristas. They have complimented on several occasions, and they have always helped me find something that I would enjoy. They engage with the customer. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are a little on the pricy side, especially since they are not made fresh in-house but unwrapped and put in an oven to be warmed up. But on a brighter note, they always have a lot of options besides sandwiches such as cheese danish, brownies, cookies, muffins, oatmeal, and pound cake. It's definitely a good quick pick me up.

Come on it's Starbucks! You already know it's killer! Staff was nice and make great coffee. However, don't forget your local barista and quit going to Starbucks every single time you want coffee. If you are anywhere near a privately owned coffee shop, please support them too. Pay it forward! Stop giving all your money to multibillion dollar corpo's!! Namaste' 🕉️

Dear people...., overall it is a very good place to get a drink or snack. I usually love it. Someone however had got my drink to full and I had to dump some out . When we were leaving Ingles Starbucks , we happened to see a woman that we had saw earlier in the store bringing her drink back. I also saw a man dumping some of his out too. I remind you this was at 8:30 on 1/20

It's really annoying when you're on the freeway and you set the satnav for Starbucks expecting a drive thru bit it turns out to be inside an Ingles. That being said this was a nice one. They're all laid out the same so the quality tends to come down to the staff. Not bad at all.
