Mcdonald's

We stayed in Canmore for a week so we visited this drive thru quite a bit and honestly I can say that this is the MOST disappointed I've ever been at a McDonalds in my life. First time we went, the lady at the drive thru was very obviously irritated and gave us so much attitude when we asked about using two coupons. Then when we drove up to the window, she had already escalated to her manager who was telling us off for trying to us multiple coupons? Not sure why it was such a big deal that we asked. Another time we went, we order an Ice Frappe and after driving away we realized that the entire thing that pieces of soft blue plastic blended into it. When we finally went back, the same manager tried to make up excuses about how it was probably a ketchup packet that accidentally got in there. Absolutely unacceptable. The only reason why I gave two stars is because there was one girl working there early in the morning one day who was an absolute delight to speak with.

Worst experience ever. The cashier who took my order was so high, that she could barely take my order which was $32 I gave her $40 and she wasn't going to give me change back. I had to fight with her to get my change owed. Then after my order was called I asked for 1 extra sweet and sour sauce, that employee told me it would cost an extra $2. If I wanted one. Will never go there again.
