Very first time coming here and I’m pleasantly surprised of how good the experience was. It was cold today and I’m glad I ran into this place. I got a classic grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup. I’m vary happy with my meal and I’ll be back to try more . The Costomer service was also very attentive and friendly.plenty if parking and tons of seating inside .

We were in the area and decided to try this place. They have ample parking and when entering posters with a very varied menu. The very attentive cashier helped us choose. We ordered soups and sandwiches. they give you a locator. The decoration is a bit old. We sat at a table by the window, it didn't take long for them to call us, we have to look for the order in the cooks' area. My French onion soup was lukewarm, I asked the cooks to warm it up and they pointed out that there is a microwave for customers to use, the portions are small. It is not a bad option if you are very hungry and want something fast, but I do not think I will return because we paid $ 38 dollars for something quite mediocre.

Mostly positive. My orders have been correct. However, I just ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad for lunch. I got to work, and on my lunch break, I opened my salad, and found that it had no apple chips. No apple chips?!!! Come on!!! Apple is in the name of the salad. How could you miss the apple chips. So, it was just a chicken salad. I was so disappointed. Well, I had just given the review, and given them 4 stars, until I called to have my salad replaced, and this happened. I called tonight to see if I could come in tomorrow for a replacement. My call was at 9:48 pm. A male answered, saying that the store was closed, but he would take my name, to get me "something" tomorrow. I asked if I could get a replacement salad, and he hung up on me. I called back, and he repeatedly took the phone off the hook, not saying anything. Finally, I asked (into the silence) if the phone was acting up, or if he was deliberately hanging up, and he hung up again (answering my question). When I called back, the phone went to voicemail. I come to this location every day for my lunch...no complaints, order perfect. This is the first time they made a mistake, but when I tried to give them a chance to just fix it, I get an idiot on the line. I didn't deserve that, just for asking for my order to be made correctly, over getting a cookie instead. He should be fired.

This location is always clean when I walk in and the staff is happy to serve you. Busy sometimes but that’s a good sign and they are fast! You don’t have to wait long at all, even during lunch rush. The atmosphere is so warm and relaxing. One of my favorite places for a bite and to sit and relax a bit.

Great service here but this "large salad" was extremely underwhelming. 8.50 for a half filled bowl with some soggy lettuce! **UPDATED Review** - have changed this from 2 to 4 stars. I sent Panera a DM and explained the situation and they swiftly added a reward to my account and thanked me for the feedback. I'll definitely be back.

I just went here and the food is great! There are lots of options and all of them taste good. At this location there are screens near the front of the store where you can order and then you pick it up near the back so that is convenient. The wait times for the food is somewhat long (around 5-10 minutes), but it is worth it! A great place to eat at!

Online order, I was stuck at work on an emergency, I ordered lunch, grabbed it and got back to work. When I finally had a moment to eat I found 2/3 of my order was wrong. My receipt was correct, but the contents were not. I could not connect Online, so I called and called and called the store without anyone answering the phone. The bag apparently contained another patrons order and sat on my desk for 2 days. I was hoping to get it back to store and get what I ordered. Too busy at work, I didn't make it back to correct this situation. We are all busy, but this not only cost me money, but I went without lunch to boot. I'm sure the other customer was not happy either. 🙄

I frequented this establishment at 8:50AM and then again at 1:50PM. They had not refilled the "Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea", an obvious favorite. Or it was down to "Nil", I want to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. If you see that this drink is a "customer favorite" have 2 (Two) of these lemonade charged drink fountains. Tristan is a spectacular customer service Rep, he was busy with something but clearly acknowledged me and apologized for any delay. Tristan, YOU ROCK PANERA'S!!
