Pizza Pro

I'm originally from Missouri and this pizza taste just like Casey's General Store pizza. I love it. It's delicious. They are also fast and I've never showed up to pick up my pizza and then had to wait longer. It's always ready when I get there. When they say it'll be 15 minutes, it's 15 minutes. They're always super nice as well.

While visiting from Chicago, I was looking for a pizza joint. I went to dominoes but wanted something better and didn't wanna settle. I came here and OMG...Best decision ever. They were so nice and the pizza taste great. Blindfold me and I'll think I'm back in Chicago enjoying a slice. This was my 1st time here and I'll be back! The family loves it too!

We were there last week. We were refused our pizzas. We had gotten to the door at 9 pm. The lady lied, saying that she had called us when our pizzas were done, but we did not receive a call from her. She was beyond rude to us. So where is the common courtesy? Or just basic manners? What policy is that under? Just curious.

Ordered here for the first time today since they opened and was very disappointed. I ordered a medium half cheese half pepperoni pizza and received a full pepperoni pizza. My child is vegan and cannot have meat so lunch for him was ruined because he couldn’t have pizza. When I called and told the girl who took my order all she said was she would remake but I told her I was on my lunch break and couldn’t wait for another one so then all she did was say “oh. Well I’m sorry”. Like what kind of service is that? You could have got me a manager or offered to remake later. Beyond upset
