Well, I went back to this location to give them another try. Last time I visited this location was when the limited boneless wings were available. The wings were available but, only 1 more order and it was only one flavor so I ordered them but, I didn't complete the order because they didn't have crinkle fries which is to my understanding, supposed to come with the wings. Anywho, I tried the crispy fish sandwich with crinkle fries and it was ok but, I enjoyed the fries more. No knock on the fish but I hold fish to a high standard now because of another restaurant's fish. Don't take this review to the heart because the sandwich maybe gold to your taste buds.

I am not normally a fan of Arby's but my wife loves it. I tried the Wagyu beef burger today and fell in love. This is not only the best fast food burger I've ever had, but possibly the best burger from a resturant. The person working drive thru was friendly and pleasant. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I am a converted Arby's fan.

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 20 minutes for food and got order wrong. When they came out to give sandwich she thru it at my car window. No thank you nothing. Not even receipt for food I got. Also no napkins or straw for drink.

Friendly staff and the food was as good as it has ever been and as I expected to be delicious...we need more Arby's in Rochester NY which is where I live.

Hubby got the new deluxe wagyu burger and I got the #10 turkey & ranch sandwich. We both enjoyed our meals.

Food has been getting worse. Buns were old and barely any beef of the sandwich and it's so messy the sauce gets everywhere and of course no napkins in the bag.
Anything fried is bad as the grease needs to be changed more often.

Disappointed they no longer served their delicious fish sandwich (only partime menu option)... so ordered the pecan chicken sandwich and was not disappointed...

I did love eating here but now with all the new staff it is bad all around. Orders are wrong, food tastes old, and customer service is poor
