The service was great, the Lemon Lime and Bitter was great. The pizza was a margarita, the dough was nice and crispy but the cheese was a bit lacking, which is the main ingredient of a margarita pizza. If they had more cheese they would get 5 starts from me. Still quite a good pizza place, worth a visit if you are real hungry.

Placed our order online and arrived when it said it should be ready, was told it would be 10 mins (it hadn’t even been started yet) and it ended up taking 25 mins after we arrived (45 mins after ordering). When we got the pizza, the dough was over mixed and dense, so it hadn’t cooked the crust properly in the oven. And it was spread so thin that you pick it up and lose everything on the pizza immediately. There are much better wood fired pizzas in Hobart - wouldn’t waste my time here. Has potential to be great, but feels like it’s not managed at all and has become unregulated.

Absolutely amazing! My first experience eating around Hobart. I got told how great the food was around here, now I can really back that up. Started with arincini balls and was probably the best I've ever had, also had an expresso martini and that too was one of the best I've ever had. The pizza dough was perfect! The price was very reasonable and we also had great service. Could not fault one thing. Definitely recommend the place!
