Dunkin'

Service can be slow even when they are not even busy. Sometimes their employees will ignore you and do duck all! They almost always over fill my cup with ice after I tell them light on the ice. Not nearly as bad as the one that was in central Sq that closed, but the employees just make me feel miserable here.in all, I'd rather walk to Harvard if I am craving a Dunkin's fix.

A couple people walking around the register and no one decided to take my order. One guy near the register I guess was done for the day and told his co-worker, “hey are you going to take her order?” She looked right at me and said, “no I’m not.” I left right away and didn’t even bother. Energy there isn’t inviting to say the least.

I went this morning to this location asking for 2 cappuccino and large iced water. the manager wHo’s name RAM said the tap water cost 💲 1,07 !!!!!!!!!!???? First, I been is this location a couple of times, my office is across the street from this location, they never charged me for the water until I saw the manager this morning!!! I asked him why he didn’t listed in the menu to make it clear for the consumer and his answer is I can give u a receipt of it!!!! He wasn’t nice/ he made my morning bad! No smile at all!!! He said both small and large tap water cost $1,07 dollar! If this true then it should be on the menu!!!! I’ll take this issue to my social media ( this is agains the Fair consumer right!
