Simple order. One medium hot coffee. "Just a little cream, almost none." I have to be specific like that because they'll put 4 pumps if you ask for one. It's more work for themselves to do it wrong. Please listen to customers. They do everyone's order "extra extra."

Dunkin employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s been the same. The employees are unprofessional constantly yelling and giving attitude. The two women here seem angry and seem annoyed when customers are asking for help. Don’t come here if you want to be yelled at.

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Ever since the new manager has taken over this place has gone from being great to remarkably terrible. When being checked out the manager will not say a word, so you’re left wondering weather or not she even heard you. Then she will half heartedly cobble together a sandwich, most likely the wrong one, and shove them in a bag and hang it in front of your face. DO NOT COME HERE

I was not pleased with the staff of this DD at all. I thought the staff was rude and acted like they didn't care about the customers at all. The ladies that took my order was paying attention to something else the entire time. Not friendly at all. But they did make a good sandwich and coffee for what it's worth.

Super slow
Asked for light ice and they filled half the cup with ice
Asked for extra caramel and they charged 10¢. Lol. Like really?

You can’t use the bathroom unless you make a purchase and after when you do and try to use the bathroom they will till you it’s out of service eventhough you made a purchase. Also their service is as bad as hearing Elon speak when you get what you ordered they’ll yell it out to you even if your 8ft away from them

I come in almost every morning and staff is quick and efficient, rush or no rush. I don't even bother ordering ahead on the app because they are always so fast. I can tell they have great management behind the scenes.

One of the woman here seems to really hate her job or customers, she kept rolling her eyes as I'm ordering and making faces at me. Very unprofessional especially when I was nothing but nice to her.
