My daughter found a small hair cooked into the flour tortilla. She noticed a small piece of it popping out before she took a second bite of her crunchwrap Supreme. I brought it to the attention of the employees and she seemed bothered by the fact I brought it up and she asked me well what do you want a refund or do you want something else? With a terrible attitude. I would've got my money back but my daughter was hungry and she had to be at work in a short time so she requested something else off the menú and when they gave her the food she ordered, they rolled their eyes at her. We never gave them any attitude, I even whispered it to the cashier so nobody in the dining area hears about this situation. I think they could've been more understanding and nice about the situation they made me feel as if they thought we put it in there but you can clearly see it was embedded into the flour tortilla. I wish I had taken a picture unfortunately I really didn't think about that at the moment.

If I could give this location a 0 star I would. I ordered my food through Postmates and got the wrong order, got the wrong order and STILL got food poisoning. They are making me jump through hoops to get my money back while I'm sitting here THROWING UP and can barely move from their HORRIBLE food. I will NEVER order from here again and I will be calling corporate.
