Sonic Drive-in

This is the SECOND time this has happened. I’m am VERY allergic to dairy. I asked for the dill burger NO CHEESE OR RANCH… and got a burger with 3 little dill spears and bathed in ranch. The napkin you see is 1 of 2 that’s saturated in it. If your employees can’t get basic things right…it’s time for new employees or better management. Had I not checked and simply eaten it and ended in the hospital… you would have a lawsuit on your hands. Take peoples food more seriously. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. i even tried calling the store and got NO ANSWER 3x.

went there at 10:30pm on a friday night. tried to order speciality shakes - said they didn’t have them. tried ordering the basic flavored shakes - they specified that they didn’t have ice cream. i said okay then tried to order chicken — said they didn’t have that either. prime time on a friday evening — what DO you have? the person working the drive thru was dry, rude, and offered no explanation. i want to complain to the manager, but i have a feeling they wouldn’t care either. anyone know who i can contact?

I hope the new location in Crown Point, Indiana is not affiliated with this restaurant. If they are, they will not last in this town and at the rate it's starting out, they better hope they clear things up or there won't be a Sonic. And sorry but Sonic is not worth a 2-3 hr wait. It's just freeking fast food!

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for our order to arrive, and then we were still missing items. We told three different employees that we were missing things, and were left to sit and wait for another 30 minutes without receiving anything. Finally spoke to the manager on duty, and the look on his face told us that he really didn't care about it at all.

Thursday Evening (5/13/21) we decided to get some dessert at Sonic and it was the worst mistake ever, we ordered 3 small Oreo Sonic Blast and 1 small Cheesecake Sonic Blast. What a disappointment it was, they just poured ice cream in a cup and topped it with Oreos and Cheesecake crumbs, to top it off they gave us a straw to suck up the ice cream instead of a spoon. Not ONLY was our dessert the worst but, we waited in drive-thru for 40 minutes, if it wasn’t for my kids I would’ve just driven off! I will NEVER go back to this Sonic again!!
