Nasty, 10 people on back only one wore gloves. Everyone was handling people food. Dining area need cleaning service was not bad but not good either. Long wait time on wings. I have not been here since it was Kentucky Fried Chicken, so to me the food I remember was much better wings looked done until you get to bone Got my sister 2 piece combo she said the potatoes were still good. My partner got the Bowl she said it was mostly potatoes not good like it use to be. NO GLOVES!!!

I rarely go to KFC, and probably will not go back. I walked in to decide what to get for my family. I ended up ordering 2 family meals, the 8 pc chicken meal and the 8 piece tender’s meal. Each came with 2 sides. Ticket #3201 at restaurant #G135097. I drove home with the food and at home discovered that I had zero sides, only had the chicken and biscuits. I tried calling over and over for fifteen minutes-no one answered the phone. I would have been happy with a credit to come back later since it was late. But since no one answered, I had to drive back to the store (about 10 miles each way) to deal with this. I took my receipt in and advised the clerk that I didn’t receive my sides, she seemed to know that she didn’t include them earlier. I asked for double sides since I had to drive back to get them. I also advised that I tried calling but no one answered. Clerk got the manager for me, I repeated the is and again asked for double sides. Manager refused and asked what else I wanted. I told her that I wanted what I paid for. They got it. Now I just tried calling the customer service number for KFC. The menu asked for English and then offers to speak with an agent or about an online order. Speaking with an agent just hangs up on you. I tried 5 times. This company just seems to be trash.

Very, very underrated!! We have grabbed dinner there a couple of times in the last month. SUPER quick, pleasant servers, meals were exactly as we ordered, and it was all delish!! We had several people to feed so of course we got a bucket with sides but also tried a couple of sandwiches - the spicy chicken. Really good!!

Ordered online at 7:30 pm. Email said my food would be ready at 7:35 pm. At 8:00 pm I'm told that they were out mac and cheese. I had to substitute. At 8:05 pm I'm told the extra crispy will be another 30 minute wait. I had to take original. At 8:12 pm I received my food that I ordered at 7:30 pm and ended up not getting 2 of the things I ordered. I will never eat there again.

Usually my experience is pretty good but tonight I dealt with 2 extremely rude workers and waited well over an hour for a order ... they stated that they were working with only one working fryer and that it would be a 30 minute wait. I agreed to the wait and said I would be back in about 20 minutes to check on it. I returned 15 minutes later to be told they couldn't start cooking it till I returned and were extremely rude about it. Reminder this order was prepaid..... so I wait another 45 minutes sitting in the parking lot before I am given this order. Not happy at all with this service tonight.

The food here was good. However, I was very upset that I was told we had a 12 minute wait for chicken filets that turned into 30 minutes. Placed my order at 8:09, and got my food at 8:39. No happy with the cashier for over promising and under delivering. He also never felt the need to apologize for the delay. One of the other cashiers did.

Customer service was awful. Only scoop of mashed potatoes and same with slaw. Did I mention it was a 8 piece family meal. When mentioned to shift Manger he said that he could only put one scoop in scoop in a bowl. It didn’t even fill it up. Won’t be back!!! At this rate this location will not be open long if they keep treating folks this way.
