Wendy's

Went through the drive thru tonight. Placed our order. Paid. As we were leaving out of the drive we noticed were short a medium fry. Pulled in the front and lobby was locked. I called and explained the situation and that we weren’t given a receipt to know if what we paid for. The guy on the phone told me they assumed we wanted our order a certain way and that we were charged correctly. No clarification or apologies. I hung up the phone and found out sandwich was not made per order specifications. Absolutely astounded by this entire transaction. 30 minute wait in line for this. Never again.

Went through the drive through, about a ten minute wait. Ordered our food, looked fine on the screen, and then found out partway home the burgers were made wrong (both covered in sauce when we asked for plain). No biggie, went back and waited in line again to get them remade. Lady at the window handed them to us and shut the window immediately- got all the way home only to find multiple long bright red hairs in one of the burgers! Sooo gross

This business is usually busy and I like their hamburgers. The place is clean and the employees are polite. My only issue is the electronic ordering system if you order inside. The system isn't the easiest to use (a few other customers were also complaining about it as I was waiting), it doesn't give you options that I could see so I could omit cheese, onions or anything you didn't want on your order. I told them that I didn't want cheese but still got my order with cheese. I had to take my older back in and have them correct it and they told me to keep the others which is a big waste because I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. It would have been better if I could have ordered from a real employee.

The absolute worst visit to any fast food place ever. The girl on the counter was clearly new or just lost. Nobody greeted us or offered to take our order at all. The lobby was a disaster. There was a huge pool of soda all over the floor. The garbage cans were overflowing. There was fries and nuggets and napkins and debris all over the floor. The tables were all filthy. When after an extremely long wait we finally got our food it was wrong! I asked for a manager who was some teenage boy with an attitude. The first girl looked like she was just dumbfounded and just kind of walked back and forth holding wrapped burgers in her hands looking like she was about to cry. She ultimately gave up and literally abandoned the register and went to the bathroom. The lobby was full of people all waiting way too long for their food. And then they just announced that they lost everybody's orders and if they would order again nobody would have to pay anything. This was just an unbelievable sight. At least 2 people should be fired. Disgraceful.
