Sunbird Cafe

Had an iced latte on display as an iced coffee (no iced latte on menu) so I ordered an iced coffee thinking it would be as pictured... it was a frappe. Ordered an iced chocolate and also got a frappe. Took them back and the girl asked me how to make an iced chocolate... clearly the new owners have not thought about menu and have not done proper training at all.

Coffee was not nice once i got thorugh 3/4 of cup of cold foam there was only one mouthfull of coffee. Had bacon and eggs on toast took 20 mins to come out and it was cold. Rhe service was poor to bussy talking to each other to do their job. I will not be going back. Much better coffee shops in Smithfield shopping centre

Waited 15 mins at the table waiting to order. Staff walking in and out delivering food to tables. Then theee other customers came in and walk up to the counter and placed orders. I looked around for a sign that said to order at the counter and there wasn't one. So i asked the waitress,in the really short white shorts if there was table service or should we come to the counter. She said that you order at the counter but not to worry that she would come and take our order. She didn't come and take our order for another 10mins so we left.
