Counter staff very polite and work hard! Even with the abusive customers... management however needs to pick up their game, you need more than 1 person on the counter who is trying to serve and put together meals on their own!! At 12:45 pm on a Saturday.

As a former chef i am lost for words. Not only was the order completely wrong but of extremelly low quality. Normal instead of hot and spicy, extremelly oily, food smelled of old oil. Chicken was very badly done. Will never spend even $1 there and will be making an official complaint.

It's a bit tricky figuring out how to drive into this KFC. You cannot access the restaurant directly from the main road or the service road. You need to turn into the side street, turn into the MarketPlace carpark and keep driving through till you reach the KFC carpark. Service was friendly and efficient, although the menu was a little difficult to negotiate. Some items look like they are stand alone, but the price advertised is only if you add them on to another certain type of meal. Restaurant has indoor and outdoor eating areas and both were clean and tidy. I like the fact that the bins had general waste and recycling options. This is a good idea when most of the food is served in cardboard boxes or tubs.

Absolutely most pathetic order from KFC that I’ve ever experienced. Ordered through Uber from this store. First of all I paid extra to swap the leg piece of chicken in my meal to fillet chicken so there were no bones in it. When I opened my box they had given me 2 gravy’s and no chicken. And my burger looked like it had been put through the dishwasher first! And to top it all off, they obviously hadn’t made enough plain gravy for the day because the gravy I received had lumps all through it from them scooping the mash out.
For a $40 order I am absolutely disgusted in what we received.
We will NEVER be ordering from this KFC again as it was an absolute JOKE!

I have just ordered a 6 piece box of KFC original chicken and it tastes nothing like how KFC should taste. It’s like there missing 5 secret herbs/spices. Seriously 😒 not worth it. I won’t be back

Dinner tonight unfortunately was just horrible. Soggy chicken that was inedible, couldn't eat it covered in oil & chips that were closer to mash. Top it off with some mash & gravy with no mash? Don't know how that even happens😂🤦 Missing most things on the menu tonight and couldn't even cook or prepare what you do have.

Waited over an hour and a half for two sliders and chips and a drink . Biggest waste of time . Tried calling them directly and they didn’t answer either . I also work in the fast food industry so I don’t understand why it could possible take that long and why there’s no way to deal with those issues directly with the restaurant other than in person
