Showed up here after crossing continental divide in the rain just thinking Of coffee and egg McMuffin. Hours of dining area on door clearly indicated they were open but it was locked. Saw people inside and though maybe managerial discretion would allow a man soaked from riding a motorcycle might be allowed to enter and sit at a a table and have a hot cup of coffee. Older gentleman inside merely said 7 and looked away. Again, posted hours showed dining area open and I must’ve looked pretty miserable because a man from the coffee shop across the street (which did let me come and sit and eat) came by to chat telling me he didn’t envy me riding in this. If you’re in butte looking for a nicer place than McDonald’s then give city Brew your business. I’m on one month journey crossing the country then Canada but this military veteran won’t be doing any more business this trip with McDonald’s.

Absolutely incompetent staff. Doesn’t know how to run gift cards. Doesn’t know how to keep track of drive through orders- we have now been parked and forgotten three times. Lied to us about our gift card balance, saying it wasn’t working. Consistently wrong orders. I’m not sure the managers are even bothering to train staff and I’m not sure the staff even bothers to learn when they get a rare bit of training. Absolutely humiliating. All should be ashamed.

After a night out my friend drove us to the drive through and they forgot half of our order. Second pass through the young man at the window seemed annoyed and very rude yelling profanities at us as we drove away.

I will never understand how pathetic someone must be to lack the basic ability to make a sandwich at McDonald's. Especially when I'm the only person there. I asked for, have a receipt for, and paid for a biscuit with egg and cheese. No meat. Sadly, this was beyond their scope of ability. Unfortunately, I thought I could trust someone with so basic a task, so I didn't check the sandwich until I was a good 10-15 minutes away from the McDonald's. Now I'm not going back to get another one.

Four double quarter pounders and two meals later we were staffed so whose line is it anyways I've been to have some of the best food to be real the one made it work twist some teems .

What you expect from a chain! Friendly service and the food properly cooked. Through the drive-thru in no time! The muffin was properly toasted which is too often over- or under-done at other stores. And the hash browns were perfect, too.

This McDonald’s is worth visiting just to see their waterfall! I couldn’t believe it. It’s right by where the drive thro is. It’s quite beautiful. We deemed it French Fry Falls.
Also the service was quick and friendly. We ordered two caramel frappes and a large french fry 🍟 to share.
