Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell in general, but this particular location is unpredictable. Sometimes the portions are what you expect, and sometimes they are very skimpy. The last time I was there, everything was great. The time before that I ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme that looked like they forgot to put anything in the wrap. I had to take it back and have it replaced. The replacement was, in the words of the young lady who made it, "Extra special." I order on the app because of the special deals, and I always order for restaurant pickup. Often, about 50% of the time, when I get there the door is locked and I have to go through the drive up. I like to sit in the dining room to eat, so that is very irritating. I think they may have a new manager, so I'm hopeful it will improve. BTW, in the evening they have a bunch of kids working in there. They're usually too busy goofing around to take care of customers and are often pretty snippy.

Food is always old and cold . Soggy fries , beans so old they are like powder , cheese is rock hard along with the tortillas. I’ve tried multiple times just thinking it was a one time thing but it’s just about every visit the food is awful. It used to be somewhat alright but I have no idea what’s going on now because the food is hardly edible . Will not be coming back .
