Well if you like to place orders online to be able to just go in and pick it up your wasting your time with this place. Placed an order on the app to go pick it up and STILL have to wait for it to be made. Mind you the restaurant was completely empty, employees just standing around and my order wasn't made nor do I think they even realized it came through. So I give them the benefit of the doubt order again through the app go in about 25 minutes after my order was placed , 10 minutes extra from when they said it'd be done still wasn't ready and still had to wait 😒

Terrible owner treats his employees like garbage and wonders why nobody wants to work. The service is slower than other subways because they try to pinch every penny at the cost of better service.

They need to worry about the ppl standing in line before the online orders ! Waiting 40 mins for 3 ppl to make 3 sandwhiches is insane !!!!!! Then I spend 45 bucks on food I can't even eat when I got home it had to throw it away

Called in and ordered two platters. These are great for get togethers. Had no idea what I wanted but Darlene was extremely helpful!

My wife and I have been ill with the Corona virus. I called and requested curb side pick up at the Burnham location. Their card reader went down when I got there. I waited 40 plus minutes before I got my subs. When I got home with the subs, they were barely warm and of course soggy.
I called Subway. They want the uneaten subs before they will credit me for the sandwiches.
Why wouldnt they didn't make fresh subs in the first place?

Very little portions compared to other subway restaurants I'm sure all because they wanna save a buck. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Lewistown Walmart or Milroys. Rip off!

Have been getting subs here for over 10 years. The place is small but kept clean and you can sit down. It is usually busy during the usual dinner and lunch times but I would recommend this Subway for making my subs the right way for many years.
