We went in to order and some fella was ordering a lot of food. The manager gave us a free drink for waiting. Then when we left he gave us a free cake. It was very gracious of him to do that. We appreciate his kindness and will definitely go back!

I just went to this KFC for the first time and I will never go back by far the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. I pull up to the drive-thru to just sit there then I say hello and then the person on the intercom with their sad depressed I don't want a job voice says be with you in a minute then I get to the window they just open the window and toss me my food and shut the window before I can even ask for condiments absolutely rude horrible service I will never go back.

Never had burn KFC chicken before, but will never have it again. The staff and mangers need to learn customer service skills and should know how to cook KFC chicken. Would not let me replace the chicken and raw inside biscuits. The very unfriendly place and nasty attitude towards customer. Next time Popeyes.

The employees that I have encountered are so nice!! All of my food is always fresh. They definitely value customer service.

They are always out of chicken. Employees are rude every time I go. It’s fast food and I wait 10-15 minutes every single time. I’ve left so many times because they either don’t have chicken or the line takes forever(sad part is there’s no more than 3 cars in line when I show up). Also it’s posted on the door they are open until 10 but they close every night at 9:30.
