Cook Out

people test positive for covid like every other week and the store would never shut down. the only time they did was when 3 people had it at once. a whole shift was in contact with someone that got it and were still required to be in contact with hundreds of customers until 5pm. people working the grill would cough without covering their mouths and not switch out gloves after touching raw meat. -f.r.

I had stopped going to Cook Out because they seem to get my order WRONG EVERYTIME! I paid for two orders of nuggets and got 1 order of nuggets and 1 hush puppies. I could see why someone made the mistake though, they look the same because the nuggets were hard and old. I requested NO Mayo and of course I get Mayo. Say no cheese we get cheese. So because of the long lines that move very slow you are stuck in line again returning your food to get the correct order. That comes with an attitude like it was my fault that it was incorrect!

New to NC and the east coast. Workers seemed irritated that I ordered food, and then offended when I asked for the right items. Food was really bad. Oil needed to be cleaned/changed on the fryers, could taste it in the fries and onion rings which were overcooked rings/limp fries. Burger was garbage. My brother and I came to agreement its on par with public school burgers. The fried chicken sandwich wasn't too bad but not great by any means. Shakes r good tho 👌👍
