Dunkin'

A pretty good/consistent DD in the Burke area. Although it doesn’t look like it, they have a drive thru! I’ve never had a problem with their online/mobile order purchases, but they sometimes run out of donuts. Their service is good though. This shopping center has plenty of parking and there’s a decent amount of space inside. Although it gets busy, the lines move quickly and I’ve only ever seen their indoor seating clean.

The drive thru here has never not been busy, and it's been excruciatingly slow at times, so I decided to give the pick up option a try. The employee working the drive thru (who was, as usual, ridiculously busy) noticed I was standing there and asked what I was waiting for. She immediately started working on my order and I was out of there quickly. Above and beyond! Thank you, nameless employee (female, blond-ish medium length hair, wearing a visor or hat). Minus one star bc of their drive thru; I know it's not technically their fault, but it mars an otherwise excellent experience.
