Panda Express

Order from your phone when you land at SeaTac, then catch a Lyft in the "middle floor" garage, then drive thru and check out the tree Blossoms while u wait! Or just take the bus/rapid red line Anywhere, it's a block away. WOW, Panda Blossoms. Also, you can order a family meal for about $30 and it is filling with veggies for strong kids. Burien is wonderful.

I was absolutely thrilled to hear about the Burien, WA's Panda Express location having available the new Beyond Original Orange Chicken!!! Waiting months since hearing about Beyond Meats newest partnership with Panda Express, left me super excited and looking forward to trying it. I'm a huge fan of Beyond Meat products and use to love Panda Express before going plant-based. So you can imagine that I was really looking forward to this historical moment. However today after ordering their new plant-based item I must say that I am really disappointed. I'm not sure if I came at a bad time to purchase them but the pieces tasted like they were either overcooked or not fresh whatsoever! The sauce was dried on them and my fork literally couldn't stab through most of them. It tastes like these were left sitting in the warmer for a long time and then microwaved to serve them hot. I paid for a large alicart container and a plate with chow mein with two sides being the Beyond original Orange chicken. I hope Panda Express will get this right because there's already limited amount of options for those who live the life of being vegan or plant-based or even vegetarian. Literally across the street is a vegetarian Pho restaurant that has vegan meats ranging from beef chicken pork and tofu that would beat Panda Express hand over fist! Look at mine compared to what is advertised and what others got with their order.

This location is horrible. They have no customer service skills what so ever. They obviously don't like there job not sure why you pay them so much. They are rude , inconsistent like heck. I even called today 5 minutes before I came. Asked if they had honey sesame chicken cause they have been out for weeks. if you don't have it anymore take it off the menu, that's false advertising. They told me they had it I show up. Oh its a 10 min wait for honey sesame. Oh no I'm sorry never mind we don't have any of that today . Seriously get it together. The Manager here she be talk to about the service. Look at the reviews the last few months they are all bad. Its not even about the food its the point.

I really can't believe this place. I myself am a chef and if I was responsible for the order I was given and the way I was treated If be Fired STRAIGHT UP. That should let you know what kinda cracker jack box this is. The Manager must be One of The Muppets. Seriously, how do you go back to get your order corrected for it to Be wrong again. QUIT SMOKING AT WORK

Panda Express is a convenient stop for me on my way home. I had worked a 12 hour day & didn't want to cook. It was a little before 9 pm as I got to the ordering menu speaker location in the drive thru. I asked for a 2 entree meal... I wanted chicken teriyaki. They were out & the next batch wouldn't be ready for half an hour if I wanted to wait. Ok... so how about the shrimp they had advertised. No, they didn't have it. Um... ok... how about the steak... no they didn't have that either. I asked what did they have. & I commented it seemed really bad that they didn't have all these foods when they were still open for another hour. Was told they were only open until 9:30. & I asked why they were making chicken teriyaki to only be available for a few minutes before closing then. Was told it was for people who were calling in for take out. I ordered from what they had left... I like the orange chicken but the honey glazed left a lot to be desired. It had to have been sitting a while as the breading was pretty soggy on it. I generally like the food there but get frustrated when they don't have what's on the menu actually available. This isn't the first time I have been there with an hour or more before closing (they used to close at 10)... & they were out... but they used to say they weren't going to make more.
