My visit was a drive thru but the employees were exceptionally helpful and friendly . The biscuit was great and the coffee was much better than expected from a fast food restaurant. Restaurant has easy access to and from hwy 20.

Placed order at window. I checked and it was not what I had ordered. They took bag back to fix it. They smiled, returned bag but when I got home thinking they corrected it I found someone had also purposely crushed the biscuits. It is not the first time with this sort of thing at this Hardee's. It's a shame, too. I've been coming there since the 80's. The staff there is awful.

The chicken tenders were crispy and freshly cookedand the service was quick and friendly.

The order taker was not very responsive, poor customer service, some skinny stick guy with dreads. He gave me my double cheeseburger which should had only been a dollar but it was like $3.50 and as I was pulling away he didn't say( hey you forgot your fries) I had to backup into the drive-thru to get them, he showed no empathy for forgetting my fries.The fries was subpar.

They closed the dining areas and locked the front door. Drive thru is credit card only and my credit card number just got stolen right after my last visit. It's pretty clear what kind of operation they have going here.

The breakfast here is always good. As a result, the line in the drive-thru is usually long.
