Pizza Hut

Went to go pick up the pizza I ordered. Should've of looked at the pizza carefully before I paid them because it looked like they just threw old pieces of pizzas together, put some cheese on top then reheated it. You know why I suspect this? Because the pieces of pizza where the crust line up are not even. There was one that was completely shorter than the rest. I did not rearrange the pizza, the picture is how it looked like when I got it. Don't waste your money with this pizza hut, it is terrible!!!

This is the only Pizza Hut that isn't delivery or take-out which I'm so thankful for!!! Pizza Hut makes excellent pizza crusts! YES THE CRUSTS (pan pizza)! So my experience here for the first time in over six years, was just GRAND!!! My waitress, Brenna was so helpful and she gave me a great discount because the pizza I wanted wasn't part of the coupon so she make it work somehow! She's the BEST!!!! I'll be coming back for some more pizza next time!!! I hope she's still there when I do come back!! The only thing she could improve on is making sure her guests (customers) have utensils for eating pasta. But other than that, I had a great experience here!!!

Went in to eat in the afternoon and there was no one in the restaurant whatsoever as customers. Wanted to order a pizza and eat it there waiter said the coupon is only good for carryout. She then tried to sell me a pizza deal for $20, it was for two medium pizzas and it cost a $1.65 for each item you wanted to put on it, so we went back and forth trying just to get a single large deluxe pizza.went back and forth with the waitress and finally just said forget it will order it take out pizza and we won't eat at this Pizza Hut.Now I understand why there was no customers in the Pizza hut. Now I know that I won't go back there.

I highly recommend not using this location. The woman seating the guest in the dining room is rude and unprofessional. If I’m not mistaken, she is a manager here. The food is decent but service is piss poor. This is so unfortunate because I’ve never had a bad experience at a Pizza Hut previously. I don’t if she was having a bad day or what the issue was but if a previous customer upset you or you’re having personal issues, you do not allow that to carry over. It’s called having a goldfish mindset which all customer service professionals are taught in some form or fashion. Had I instantly reacted to how she treated my boyfriend and myself, I would have been looked at as the problem. She also sat at the booth behind us gossiping with some friends that were also dining after we had been seated for almost 20 minutes without her even at least taking our drink order. Then came to our table stating she’s doing the job of 5 people which I would’ve been more sympathetic to had that actually been the case

I've been ordering from this Pizza hut since I was like 12. It's been there forever. Not sure about service at restaurant as we only order delivery. This is the second time I have gotten bad wings from them. 1st time was several years ago and my bone out wings were RAW on the inside. Disgusting!!! This time it was from bone in wings. It made myself and husband sick. I guess it could have been spoiled dipping sauce but regardless I'm done. Will never order from them again.
