Cinnabon

Delicious/not greasy is the best evaluation of desserts. In my heart, the ceiling of Cinnabon dessert shop is delicious. I have eaten them in several others, but this one is not to my liking. "Non-greasy" is my highest evaluation of desserts. Everyone Everyone has their own tastes. I have eaten many dessert shops in other places. Cinnabon is not inferior at all, and I am very impressed that Cinnabon's products and interior decoration styles are in the same line. Simply and rudely imitating the popular industrial style wabi-sabi style. A small shop also needs to establish and implement its own style. For someone like me who is picky and poisonous, Cinnabon is an excellent student who I can't fault.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until the evening of June 16, 2022. The experience was extremely disappointing, the manager on duty and the staff (the female staff, not the guy working) were extremely disrespectful. I specifically asked for a Cinnabon from the center of the pan as I gave my order to the cashier. She failed to convey the request to manager on duty who immediately came out from the back and started preparing my order. I asked the cashier did she relay the my request and she said no and proceeded to tell me I should I have told the manager. I asked them to please give me a Cinnabon from the center of the pan as I requested and I was told that since the order was already boxed and bagged there was nothing they could do. The manager and the cashier proceed to go back and forth with me about the fact that I should I have told the manager. I politely asked the cashier why didn’t she convey my request, she laughed and sarcastically replied “you could have told her”. I asked for a refund due to their attitudes and disrespectful tone. The manager proceeded to process the return and once the return was complete she threw the receipt at me. I will never patronize this business again.

I placed an order through DoorDash an employee called from store claiming they had not received payment. I immediately check my account wish showed the payment. Then DoorDash calls saying the store said they did not have items. DoorDash asked if I would like a refund or credit. Someone is lying. I suspect the store why would I need a credit/refund.

This Cinnabon location is at the Mall of Georgia, right next to Game Stop, and JCPenney. I absolutely LOVE Cinnabon, but this location is just a hit or miss. Service is not good, everyone is always rude or seem to have an attitude. Only reason why I keep coming here when I'm at the mall its because their cinnamon rolls are always fresh, and they keep baking them in front of you. Their menu is simple, they have classic cinnamon rolls, center of the roll (the best part), caramel pecan rolls, churros, and bite-sized doughnuts. They do have a couple drinks as well, and the Chillattas are SO good! ESPAÑOL Esta ubicación de Cinnabon está en el Mall of Georgia, justo al lado de Game Stop y JCPenney. Absolutamente AMO Cinnabon, pero esta ubicación es simplemente impredecible. El servicio no es bueno, todos siempre son groseros o parecen tener una actitud. La única razón por la que sigo viniendo cuando estoy en el centro comercial es porque sus rollos de canela siempre están frescos y los hornean frente a ti. Su menú es simple, tienen rollos de canela clásicos, centro del rollo (la mejor parte), rollos de nuez con caramelo, churros y rosquillas del tamaño de un bocado. Tienen un par de bebidas también, y las chillattas son tan buenas!

came here after getting constantly disappointed by the sugarloaf location. it’s so so so much better! they have all the things advertised in stock (the bar is literally so low). i got my order freshly made and it was delicious 🤤 will definitely make an effort to come here even though it’s inconvenient for me
