Krispy Kreme

I went through the drive through having ordered 3 dozen donuts. Once I got home I found I had received a box that had been eat from. Six donuts had been eaten and this is what Krispy Kreme sold me. During a pandemic this location gave me a box that had already been eaten from. If I could give negative stars I would.

The last 2 visits I've made to the Buford GA location by the Sam's has been terrible. BOTH times not only did I sit in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes, but I was given "OLD" donuts. There is a big difference between their donuts that are fresh (Hot sign on), ones that have been cooked recently but not hot, and ones that are old (where the icing has started to dissolve into the donut and the donut becomes hard). Well for me it has been the last scenario 😤. The staff that is working there usually are young and have no regard for what they serve customers. Hell it's bad enough that the donuts have decreased in size and the price has gone up! I remember when my father would take me to the original Westend location and the donuts always tasted good, no matter if the hot sign was on or not. I will now start supporting the Duluth location, as there I get good service and good donuts.

Avoid at all cost! Terrible service. Employees appear to be poorly trained at completing the basic functions of the job. 7 minutes at the window staring at the donuts I purchased (because) the hot sign was on, while waiting for the cashier to investigate how to use the register. Spend over $40 dollars for what you see below. Trust me they are as cold, dry, and hard as they look.

Never encountered anything quite like what's going on here. We pulled up to the store to go into the dining room to order. Except all doors were locked. This was around 6p with closing at 10p. We were one of about 6 cars. Five or six employees were inside at a table. A customer in the parking lot was yelling to one of the employees inside that the drive thru lane was blocked with traffic cones. None of the employees could be bothered. Someone moved the cones and cars began queuing. We waited about 10-15 minutes to get to window and order only to be told they ONLY had plain glazed. We left without any donuts. We did call the customer service and spoke to a nice lady after holding for about 10 minutes. She said that they get a lot of complaints about this Buford KK. The moral of the story I guess is if you plan a trip to this location, call head to make sure that they are 1, open and 2, have donuts.

I've tried giving this store a chance but the level of unprofessionalism is out of this world. Employees packing and making donuts for themselves, sitting in the lobby eating while letting people in the drive thru wait. Selling old and faulty product. I'd drive back to get my money back if I didn't have better things to do. As the shift manager was present and was also horrible, I'm pretty sure this store is lost. How did it go from one of the best stores to the absolute worst within a year. I'm flabbergasted.

Tried to get some donuts this morning- store doors were locked despite posted hours indicating store and drive through were both open, so went through the drive through. Waited many minutes to be told at the window card payments only and only original glazed dozens available. Not what I was looking for! I understand stuff happens, but post a sign at least so potential customers don't waste time waiting for products and services that aren't actually available.

Very disappointed the past two visits with Krispy Kreme in Buford. I arrive at 7:30 am Sunday morning and order a dozen Chocolate Iced and a dozen glaze. I was informed that they are out of the chocolate icing so no donuts with chocolate icing. I just ordered the dozen glaze. Needless to say the glazed donuts look pathetic and there is hardly any glaze. The donuts are much smaller than normal (see pic). My wife and I went there a few weeks ago around 8 am on a Saturday and they were closed. So disappointed in Krispy Kreme in Buford.

I enjoy their donuts but I have had issues with them fulfilling an order more than once. They have also been out of a lot of options of donuts before. Lastly I just feel like their service has gone down with the years. I really like Krispy Kreme but I can't give more stars for this store with the service being what it is now.
