This is the slowest Starbucks I ever been, I wait for around 45 minutes to get my drink and after I revived I notice my drink was not full enough and when ask about why my drink was not full the sever told me it was missing some ice that’s all, but He can give me more ice if I want it to see it full when it has ice already and in the picture you can see that I haven’t drink it yet.
I will no recommend this location.

Since moving to GA. I've been coming to this starbucks for 3 years now. The service and drinks have gone down hill. My Chai Tea Latte was all milk which was disgusting. I asked to have oatmilk instead but was told the drinks were already being made. Wth does that have to do with my request for the drink I'm paying for. To add lately there is always something not available which is fine. I just adjust my drink accordingly, however the lack of attention to detail to the drinks that are made without any modifications is still horrible. This is my last time giving my money to this location.

This Starbucks has been closing its cafe a lot. Even with enough help on the floor. Makes it impossible to just get and go. The line takes forever in the drive through too. But mobile orders are okay inside….

First time at this location, and overall happy with the service. The store is well kept and clean. Nice place to meet friends and family.

Literally the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Granted it was a Sunday at 11:15 am but my daughter finally got her coffee 36 minutes after ordering! There is NO coffee in the world worth waiting that long for! If it wasn’t for her I’d have left half an hour ago!! Do better! 😡

This Starbucks is the most unreliable operations wise I’ve ever seen. They’ll stop taking orders before 3:20 because they close at 3:30. They will also turn off their online feature sporadically or go drive through only. Product is fine, people are okay but this locations management is lacking.

Very clean. Friendly staff. My only draw back is the inconsistency of the drip coffee quality. More so the temperature of the coffee. Better QC maybe needed to improve consistency. Overall great experience on my visits.

Closed 30 minutes before 9. It seems that Starbucks doesn't want evening commuter business because half of them normally close at 7:30. Dunkin is open until 10, so that's where I'll go.
