Chick-fil-a

Service is great as usual, but it is SLOWER here. It gets OVERCROWDED anywhere near peak hours and the 1 line wraps around the building twice. The locations with at least 2 dedicated service lines are much more effective without the need for traffic directors, excessive and narrow cone placement etc.

The food was good, the only reason I gave four stars is that the parking lot it is so confusing. There is a lane / cones that directs cars to the drive-thru or exit, the exit lane goes through parking spaces. All of the other parking spaces are marked with curbside pickup signs. That led me to believe that there was no dining inside, so I got in the Drive-Thru, which took longer because there was a long line. I would rather have sat down to eat, but there appeared to be no place to park. When I asked the person who took my order about that, she said oh you can park anywhere. The exit Lane was so close to the parking spaces that it would have probably been difficult to even park and eat in my car there.

I order Chick-fil-A catering at least once a month from this location. I ordered earlier this week for a Friday pick-up, arrived shortly after 11a this morning. As I walked into the store, was greeted by a friendly manager. Was informed I was the ONLY order they had today, due to IT issues their entire system was down but because I had ordered earlier in the week, they wanted to fulfil the order as promised. So this team went above & beyond today. INCREDBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
