Being from the west coast of Canada, Culvers doesnt exist to me. I stopped here with some local friends and Serenity helped me. When i say helped i mean she really did all the leg work. I was as indecisive as ever and she took more time with me to go over the menu to ensure the best experience. She didn't lose her temper at speed of decisions and kept a great positive attitude as well as checked on me during my meal. Serenity is an MVP and an all-star for Culver's.

I have rarely ever had an issue when getting food from culvers but tonight my boyfriend and I waited 15 to 20 minutes for a shake and a concrete mixer. While we were waiting there was at least 4 cars that got their food/drinks before us. When they finally came out with our ice cream they were completely melted and was basically like water and we had told the team member and she said they had just made them when clearly they were VERY melted and blamed it on a huge custard order that they had. Worst service ever for culvers.

Really nice staff, quick service and clean facility. Would always reccomend for something quick to eat that's better than your typical fast food.

We got ice cream to celebrate the last day of school! It was delicious, they let people eat inside, it wasnt crowded, the drive thru line was a little long, but the wait is worth it! Yayy!

Food is always fresh and tasty
The drive thru times are a bit long (expect 15 - 20 minutes on a weekend)
other than my order being messed up one time it is awesome!

The Manager Jeremy was fantastic! Best customer service ever! I had ordered a Cod fish dinner a few weeks ago, and some of the fish wasn't done. I came back and explained my issue to Jeremy. I ordered another dinner and he made sure it was done right! Great food, excellent service! I'll be back here again

Usually pretty satisfied with this location but my wife and I’s burgers were both bright pink in the middle this time. Note the bottom patty in the picture provided. Pretty disappointed. Food safety should be the #1 priority.
