Subway

Wow what an experience, worst one I've had and I love subway! The guy didn't seem like he wanted to be there so I took on his wrath I guess. I asked for one line of mayo, this thing is dripping. When he put the veggies on I had to ask for more cause he literally counted them. I asked for 3 cookies and he gave me two, than didn't give me the meal deal which didn't dawn on me until I got back. And the bread doesn't seem to be toasted.... Go to a different location or taco bell right in front

I like this location compared to others in the area.Staff is friendly and patient.The typical subway outlook of the store is super clean and quiet too.Its a bit out of way from where we live yet we end up going to this location.Buffalo chicken is favourite sub so far.ocassionally I do eat veggie ones which sfe equally good.

Dipesh (The owner) is a horrendous person. I come in sometimes at night and there is only one person working despite it being busy and as well dangerous for a girl closing by herself. The owner himself is one of the rudest people I've encountered, creepy and unprofessional. He treats his employees like they're dirt and has no respect for anyone. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with such a person. The store is clean and food is okay. I just wouldn't support this business due to the owner being a narcissist who is only looking out for himself.

We were in store yesterday and one of your employees refused to accept the coupon that Subway sent out because he didn't know how to enter it into the computer why do they send out coupons if they don't accept them. They didn't say anything about New York State they mention other states that it wasn't valid. Everyone is out to make money and I am so sick and tired of getting ripped off when you have a coupon for something that they should accept don't worry I won't it be going back there anymore

The food was decent and the customer service was great, except for the staffing issues. The person that prepared our food did not have anyone assisting with the register or sandwich preparation. This significantly slowed down the entire process. The worst part about the situation was that there was another employee in the back that could have filled in temporarily to address the growing line. I commend her for working hard without adequate help.
