The nurse in front of me in line had the cashier ask her if she wanted to leave her change? When she asked if it was being donated to a fund and or What was the purpose of leaving a large amount of change there was? The cashier replied just to leave it in the drawer… so is that inadvertently asking for a tip?! The other day there was a tip cup there the couple dollars in it right in front of the register but now it’s gone.! And sorry to say this time my sandwich had brown lettuce on it. so I’m not amused with that at all. I did buy one of the blue donuts for the Buffalo fund Because I saw a sign for it and I know that’s legit… at least I’m hoping so lol

1 star only because they do have food available. Service is awful. Orders are consistently wrong. Asked to have my bagel cut in half. They REFUSED and gave me a plastic knife instead. Hot food is barely warm, seems like nobody actually knows how to operate a toaster. Every visit is a disappoinment at this location. And Stop Calling Me and Every One Else "Honey and Sweety", so annoying and disrespectful...

Employees are nice, but none of the drinks are ever made right. They use the wrong flavoring whenever I order a vanilla latte (whatever they use has no sweetener), and they don't seem to know that they have a white mocha latte in their own menu (they always refer to it as a normal mocha latte and it doesn't taste right). I come back every week or so because my boys are in the NICU and am hoping they've gotten their act together, but it is a fruitless affair at this point. Basically, don't order any of their espresso drinks. It's more likely than not that they will mess it up and be horribly inconsistent.

I went to this location ,while I was looking at the pastries , I noticed fruit flies all in the patries , I informed an associate she fanned the pastries. The flies were still their when I left, no attempt was made to dispose of the products, which I think is disgusting. I hope no one buys the pastries.
