Pizza Hut

One star is too many, I quit eating this garbage soon as I was old enough to know how pizza is supposed to taste, but I heard about the cheesy knot pizza or whatever it's called so figured I'd try it....to my delight it was a waste of money and my time since they are not in my section of Buffalo, anyway it seems they use the cheese from the center of the pie to fill the cheesy knots, it's the only explanation I can come up with for why my pizza had very little cheese on it and absolutely no cheese in the center, my daughter who is 3 enjoyed a slice, but I have caught her eating out the dogs dish once also.

*UPDATED BELOW* Typical tasty pizza you expect. However, the service experienced was sub-par. I placed an order for pick-up and I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived (25 minutes later), I had to wait 5 minutes before the lady behind the counter was able to acknowledge me. She collected my payment and told me I can sit while my order finished up. Another customer and I both sat and waited 25 more minutes before a different attendant asked us both if we were waiting on something. I explained I was waiting on a to-go order and she immediately pulled my order out onto the counter. It was obvious the pizza was not hot enough to have been pulled right out of the oven, so it seems that they had me and the other customer waiting around when our orders were already ready. 👎 *The Pizza Hut team went above and beyond in making sure they made things right for us... starting with replying to this post. The regional manager not only followed up with me, but also the store to ensure management was aware of the issue and that if it was a recurring issue, that the store acted accordingly to correct the issue. I am very surprised and happy with the amount of time and care they invested in following up with my complaint. I will definitely be a returning customer!*

This was pretty rough. I had to repeat my order 3 times to our waitress before she got it. Then, as I was at the salad bar, she came back to clarify. It was not a complicated order. I had to track her down for a refill on my drink. When the food (a medium cheese and pepperoni pizza and a cheese personal pan pizza) a full 30 minutes later it was like warm. My little guy wanted to go there because he completed Book It for the month of March. He didn't even eat the pizza because his was cold. It was disappointing at best, and I hope to not return. Edited to add: The district manager has already called to apologize, and ask they we give them another chance. I respect the fact that the customer service here is such that they take these concerns seriously. I truly appreciate that she took the time to contact me, and am therefore adding another star.0

I can’t believe ive this. I used to come here as a kid with both my parents. Now I come here I get no waitress it takes 5 mins to get seated well they have 2 tables seated. Like I get it people get busy but apologize and seat us. The service wasn’t even the worst part. They don’t have place mats or table clothes they have table covers that are super sticky and the bathroom and salad bar was gross. I never ever write bad reviews and this is one I hated to say but had to be brought up. The pizza was great although there service and staff could be a little better.

I had the worst experience today at this location with my friend. It took us 10 minutes to get 2 glasses of water. She took forever to come back to take our order. She then came back to ask us if we wanted more water and we said yes but didn’t give us straws the second time. Our food came out and still didn’t bring us straws. She didn’t come to see how our food was. My garlic knots had so much garlic that they weren’t enjoyable and my friends breadsticks didn’t have barely any garlic so hers weren’t enjoyable either. We then waited 15 min with our checks ready to pay after she saw multiple times we wanted to pay..then proceeded to tell us we had to go up front. On top of it all I was over charged for my garlic knots. Very duty as well. Thanks Justine for a great visit! Not.
