It’s the only one open before I’m due to work in the morning. Usually there’s a line stretched through the plaza parking lot. With 3 workers it still moves extremely slow. Also this is the 3rd time I’ve gotten coffee with curdled cream. Almost $3 for a cup of coffee and it’s rotten. Called the store and no answer. Contacted corporate with no answer or reply! Tim Hortons has declined and it’s disgusting. I used to work for Tim Hortons making pennies on the dollar but still took pride in my job. I’m a coffee drinker and value a good cup of coffee. This coffee is just trash now!! This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!

Rather dirty and run down. Needs a good cleaning or facelift. The cashier could not concentrate on my order, checking orders coming in via computer, and keeping an eye on the drive thru service.

The workers are rude as hell, the manager needs to be fired because he has no customer service at all. The workers in the drive thru can NEVER!!! understand the orders. And you’ll be waiting a half hour just to order or even get your food. Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s terrible

I've been going to this tim Hortons location for the last 7 years, never disappointed. Staff is quick, and professional. Even the overnight crew is excellent service.

Excellent iced beverages, stirred as I like. If not using the app to purchase, make sure to show the QR code - to get points for the order - before paying with cash or card.

I’m so disappointed on this Tim Hortons location. This is the only one closest to my job, but every time I order something my order doesn’t get done right! I ask for 20 timbits n this is what I got along with my coffee being wrong as well when I ask for a triple triple and got black coffee.. I do not appreciate being rob like this when I’m a paying customer.. will like a refund!! Also I do not recommend people to stop at this location period! The worse Tim Hortons in my opinion in the buffalo area..

I wish they would sell Tim's to people who gave a care about making customers Happy. The coffee is always burnt donuts r usually stale. not Impressed . Won't B back

I bought 3 xlrg coffees at Tims located on Niagara St and Ontario. I do not know what I am drinking. Water and creamer. I did not taste coffee at all. Waste of money. This is not the first this happened to me at this location. Should know better. Do they reuse the coffee grinds? Terrible coffee. Very disappointed for the money i spent. Will have to taste test in the parking lot before going home i guess
