Tim Hortons when downhill over these past few years they can't ever get a order right the coffee taste burn or has coffee grounds all over it!. Donuts don't taste fresh and whatever u order they always mess it up I order light cream cheese and got butter instead I order a everything bagel and got a plain bagel!. If there was a way I can give them less then a star it would of!

Got one of the new strawberry coconut milk drinks large and I swear there's no strawberries just coconut milk with ice very unhappy. But Sunday I purchased one on Walden and it was amazing. You can see the strawberries.

Tims is always fresh and typically fast service as long as they arent totally slammed. I particularly love the new loyalty program although I have one small complaint though: I really wish the reps would remind me to give them my card because there have been like 3 separate times that I forget, and miss out on the points! Oh well, still love Tims!

I ordered a regular soup, the cashier heard small and gave me a small with no bread, I got omelet bites and the were so overdone they were withered and rubbery. I called and they said that they couldn't do anything unless I bring them in.

There was one person working the drive-thru and the counter. I felt sorry for her she was working her butt up. She was super nice even under the circumstances. She needs a raise.

Half the time when I go there the inside is closed and everyone is forced to the drive thru. When the inside is open, staff inside are always cursing regardless if customers or children are present. My biggest issue is over the last few weeks they have messed up every order. If I order a blueberry muffin, they give me chocolate chip. I ordered birthday cake Tim bits and I got sour cream Tim bits. Half the time my coffee is cold when given to me. I would understand if they were short staffed but they always have a ton of employees in the morning and there are always some just standing around laughing and talking while leaning on the counter instead of helping the other employees with orders.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with orders here but will be the last time. Mobile order for pickup wasn't even started 15 minutes after ordering. Some food paid for was unavailable and replacements offered were not comparable. Refund 'can't be done in the store' (though response from mobile order support said they couldn't refund it and it has to be done in store). Had to ask multiple times for food and coffees forgotten - then they didn't even have the right cream/ sweeteners as ordered & available in the app.

Worst Tims ever. Everything we wanted they were out and coffe was cold. The young lady at yge window was basically trying to throw the stuff in my hand.
