Wise Guys Pizza

This is literally my husband’s and I third time giving this place a chance and each time it just gets worst. First 2 times food was burnt and what not, my husband left a review- owner reaches out they’re of course so very sorry and then offers a gift card for our troubles. So today we decide to take advantage and yet again, disappointment. These cannolis are completely soft and soggy, both inside and out, and I can’t imagine how long a cannoli she’ll has to be sitting out for or in the fridge for rather to go completely soft. Checked the packaging to see if it had a “made on” Or “sell by” date but there’s nothing so no clue how old they actually are. The only upside to this is that we didn’t waste anymore of our own money since we redeemed the gift card. Never again… 3 strikes and YOURE OUT!

Just moved to the area and checking places out.....this was our first pizza place in the area to try and it wasn't bad at all. Ordered a small pizza and wings. The pizza was average, crust was very thin and very pliable, decent amount of toppings. The wings were actually great, cooked crispy, BBQ with char marks. Pleased my son and that's a hard thing to do. All in all a decent meal at a great price.

Have enjoyed Buffalo-style pizza all my life and have been trying out some of the less widely-known neighborhood places. Of course Buffalonians know about Bocce’s, La Nova, Imperial, Santora’s and others, and there are also many other great places you should try for new experiences, and to support these local gems, as well. I had pizza and wings tonight at Wise Guys Pizza in South Buffalo on Seneca Street - and both were GREAT! As a first-timer, I was made very welcome. I wish I had asked for the name of the young lady who took my order, but she was very nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s so great to see people who are kind and enjoy their jobs and are really great and friendly with customers. When my food was ready, I decided to eat there. Why not eat it right out of the oven?!? The pizza was Buffalo-Style at its finest - and they were not chincy on the ingredients. More cheese than most of the bigger places and lots of cup-and-char pepperoni, too. The wings were good, meaty and I had them crispy, because that’s how I like ‘em. It was fun just people-watching as neighborhood people strolled in and out with their food. Everyone was smiling and friendly. This neighborhood didn’t seem to have gotten the memo that everyone needs to be angry these days. ☺️ This part of South Buffalo has a great vibe with lots of activity and many businesses operating quite successfully. Buffalo people generally like to stay within their basic neighborhoods/areas, but if you’re not from South Buffalo - make it an adventure and see a great place and well-kept secret. Head to Wise Guys - and take a look at this well-preserved and loved section of Buffalo. You’ll be glad you did - and you’ll love the pizza!

I had a issue and I was upset but JAKE legit kept his cool and legit handle the matter in the most professional way I gotta give him credit from the start he has been nothing but kind even when I didn’t deserve it because of him I won’t order any other pizza but here good quality food and a damn good leader on the team! Wasn't worth it at all. Ordered from them and the pizza was burnt called them about it they give me a credit for a free pizza. Ordered a few days later n was burnt but not as bad also the 2nd time ordering was all the pepperonis was on the crust wasn't really any on the pizza. JUST A UPDATE. Received a call from the owner Jay and he fixed the issues with what happened. Be apologized saying that is should of never happened twice in a row ended up giving me a 50 dollar credit and I told me to call any time of the week and he will personally make my pizza. So I did and it was make the right way with no issues or being burnt.

Good employees good charitable owner i know personally . always doing toy and Easter baskets'and christmas stuff for kids less fortunate . the food is hot and good always ready to go when u get there .the prices are good considering the food is amazing this is not just a pizza place . its more than that . #jointhemafia
