Mcdonald's

I typically avoid this McDonald's on the basis that service, food quality, and order correctness is never consistent. I've been here for breakfast, lunch, dinner usually on my same off days so my sample size isn't off. My issue becomes that I drive away and it turns out to have cheese, which makes me violently ill if I eat it, so at this point have more often than not, do not trust to order any burger or bk sandwich. Stick to some cold nuggets if order correctness is high priority. Fries are also usually cold there's that too.

The place was filthy the manager acted like a kid... me and other guest waited for service for 20 mins while the manager went to the drive thru window and got a live chicken brought it in thru the window gave it water and took it to the back. Laughed it off like it was funny .... while she was doing all that I had to wait to pay because none of the employees could help me due to the fact that there was no money in the draw. That didn't really bother me because after seeing her take that animal thru the kitchen where all the food is I didn't want my order anymore .... that's unsanitary and none of them had gloves on ... this is the worst mc Donald's ever.... please take control of this place I've never been to a so unorganized or dirty mc Donald's ever... now I gotta drive all the was back home to kyle for food thanks to the most unprofessional manager I've ever seen. My fifteen-year-old acts more professional than she did.

Food is always delicios not gonna lie, but the stupidest thing I heard was if you can't specify you want to replace your eggs (homestyle breakfast) with the round eggs, they will charge you another $4.33 for just the eggs when the whole plate is $4.39. That's plane stupid. When I could've paid $20 I ended up paying $25. Com on now!

1 star given since this isn't the first time this location has been a disappointment. Tonight family and I went through the drive thru. Ordered $25 of burgers that ended up being raw. Pinkish-red patties with a slight cook on the top and bottom, the bottom bun was soaked in grease and raw juices. Paid cash, called once we were home, asked for a refund was told I could only get a refund if I went back that same night and brought the raw burgers. I did drive the 14 miles back, I did get a refund but only after the manager on duty had to call the GM for permission to refund me, so I had to wait awhile - longer than expected. Didn't receive a full refund, they charged me for 1 large drink, I didn't dispute it. Manager (young male) that I interacted with was kind, but someone could really get sick with ingesting raw meat.
