Mcdonald's

They seem to be very disorganized when I came through. When I got up to the 2nd window they had lost lost my meal and asked me to wait in a pocket spot. I waited and they brought out my meal but not my drink. So I waited a little bit more. Not really sure how this happens at a McDonald's but it does. Aside from all that the food was hot and fresh.

The staff was rude. They don't listen when you're speaking to them and they don't know how to give customer service. One of the cashiers take to my order. He said that I had to use the kiosk. When asked why he said use the kiosk, I'm taking a break. Then he walked off. I don't know if this is happening because they do are short staffed and feel like they can't get fired but the service at McDonald's has gone downhill at almost every location I have visited. This must be a sign that we should just stop going there. Maybe they will change their attitude? ,#boycottmcdonalds

Waited for 20 mins after ordering on the screen.asked the cashier what the hold up was and they say it’s not even been made. They tell me that after you place your order on the screen you still have to tell the cashier your order so it gets made. I said maybe there should be a sign out cuz it asked for my table number and everything? After I said something lots of other people got up because they also had no clue about the screen not actually processing orders. Very disorganized process.
