Subway

STAFF: 5 star for staff friendliness. Even if they seem tired, they're upbeat. I appreciate that. SERVICE & PRODUCT: Never a mistaken order. Never an issue when I ask for light or heavy veggies/fruit. She was even nice enough to ask if this was good. PHONE: I've never used the phone service. I know they were closed yesterday due to a technical issue, but they left a sign on the door at least with Brittany's phone number so we could call [I assume to cancel unmade online orders]. OVERALL: Best subway. It's clean, organized, and a treat to go to. I appreciate the staff, service and level of care put into making my order.

Was not impressed at all. The worker was very stingy on the toppings even after I asked for more, bread was VERY hard and dried out, overcharged and she didn’t even know how to ring in the food correctly. I asked her why she over charged me & just went straight to her manager for help. Didn’t know making 2 sandwiches was that hard… Won’t be returning.

Had a great experience today during the end of lunch time, big order that the sandwich maker didn't even flinch at, she was patient, very quick without appearing rushed, and extremely kind when a client with different needs came in and looked for guidance. Sandwiches were tasty- the only thing I would change is NOT the fault of the employee, the tomatoes (at most Subways) were a bit on the green and flavorless side. This great sandwich person has very dark hair and was working by herself- thank you, if you see this!!!

We frequent several subways in our area and this one has always been a little off. The food isn't as organized and fresh and the staff is generally just ok. Today I did not even make it through the door. The employee was emptying a trash can and made eye contact with me, visibly looked frustrated we were coming, rolled her eyes and scoffed visibly. I looked at my fiance and said let's go to another subway. I rate 3 stars because the food is still good when we do go. I think the staff just really needs a solid pep talk about friendliness.
