Subway

Today July 1st 2022 Jacob helped my family and I this evening. At 8:40pm With making are subs. His energy , his attitude and customer service was top notch, this guy's goes above and beyond. Thank you very much Jacob for helping us you make subway great. With ur energy , he deserves a raise.

Ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday. The chicken bacon ranch had chicken, ranch and cheese. It was missing everything else INCLUDING THE BACON! We sent a message thru the app and recieved a reply from Brenda Reardon stating they were sorry the food was not to our satisfaction. No offer to fix it or a credit for next time, just we're sorry and thank you for telling us. Guess it will be Jersey Mike's for us in the future. I understand mistakes can happen, but it's the responsibility of management to make sure they are fixed or compensated. HUGE miss by management on this one.

I ordered a sandwich and a root beer. However, they decided to give me a cookie and water instead of my root beer. Door dash and jimmy John's decided not to call. They took matters in there hands. Do you want to be treated like this. My conversation with Jimmy John's told me there soda was not working for 2 days. Would you like to order from them not knowing what may happen if you are at home waiting for your order. They do have good food but not good customer service. Decided for yourself, u hope thi don't happen again.

I just left this subway and the employees were beyond rude. Only one customer ahead of me and then the man behind the counter starts pulling out paper and bread. Then I realized that he was doing a pick up order in front of myself which took 15 minutes. If you have a customer in front of you that should be priority. Apparently not at this location pickup orders are ahead of whoever is in this location. I got two subs and one being tuna sucked because the guy barely put in the scoop and pressed it down I should of just ordered bread because it hardly had any tuna. They have no customer service here and it feels like they dont care about their service or job. If you don't like it get a new job.

I usually have better luck when I order food and get it delivered but I won’t be delivering from here again. My order had 2 sandwiches with completely different toppings and sauces but somehow they made them identical other than one was chicken and the other was a veggie delight. My chicken sandwich didn’t even have cheese on it. To top it off, I didn’t even get the drinks I ordered.

This subway sucks! Me and my boyfriend went there tonight and the lady that made his sandwich didn’t change her gloves after making the other customers sandwich in front of us. The guy that was working there didn’t do shit he was too busy staring at folks and not helping. Then I asked him twice can I have a salad and he ignored me while helping other customers. I will never come back to this subway again. Y’all need to train y’all employees better. If I could rate this subway I would give it a zero.
