Just close down you are terrible. You can't run out of chicken on a Friday night at 5:30 I have had problems with KFC in Bryan and Angola. And it always fall's on management get a clue 🙄

Door were locked to the lobby, was told in the drive thru they had no chicken tenders, popcorn chicken or potatoes. Should have said they were closed. Never will return. A huge disappointment to the chain.

Had the lights on. drive thru board on. Sign posted with hours says open. After waiting 5 min and driving 30 round trip since your hrs on here aren’t right and the phone was busy so I would assume you’re open if someone is on the phone and so do your posted hrs but that would be wrong. I get it’s hard to get help but jeez at least turn the lights off so ppl aren’t just lining up and waiting for nothing.

KFC here in Bryan is a JOKE!!!!!!! Take our money then tell us they have no food! Then don't give us our money back! Then this Manager offered me raw chicken!!!! She told me I was being rude when I wanted my money back! They are So rude . I remember when you were rude to customers you got in trouble for it. Now you can say and do what you want! They Stole my MONEY!!!!!!!!!

I wanted extra crispy chicken on Friday 4/15/22 about 4pm & they said they didn't have extra crispy so I asked for crispy chicken & they didn't have any of that either so I'm thinking "We don't have that" is slang for we're to lazy to satisfy our customers with what they want!!!! Good job KFC cuz I'll never come back to Bryan KFC!!!!!!!!

Took 20 minutes to get our food. forgot my fries and all of our sauces.. didn’t have half of their menu. terrible costumer service and tired of the lack of effort from these employees who don’t give a care in the world

Terrible didn't ask us what type of chicken original or got extra crispy. Forgot our tenders. Only 3 Biscuit supposed to be 4 .no cookies. Bryn ohio store. Employees yelling at each other. Terrible experience.
