Sonic Drive-in

Placed an order on the mobile app. We got there and checked in at the time our food was supposed to be ready. Waited an extra 25 mins before it finally came out (meanwhile at least 20 cars went through the drive threw and were serviced immediately). Paid extra for cherries. There wasn’t any. Food had to have been sitting for awhile before it was brought out. Slushes we’re melted, food was cold. I spent $30 and didn’t expect this kind of service. The girl who brought our food out was extremely rude. I asked for a drink carrier when i placed the order online. She brought 4 drinks out without one. When i asked about it, she told me that i would still have to take all of the drinks from her and then she would go get one. Obviously if i asked for one to begin with, that means i don’t have room to hold that many. Very disappointed. We live in Fort Wayne and drive to Bryan a few times a week just for sonic. Never had this bad of an experience. Not sure if we will be back.

Drove for a hour to eat here for the first time. The kids were looking forward to having the food delivered to the car to eat. They told us they were done with the car hop for the day. Got in the drive thru line and the kids watched 6 other cars get food delivered to them. Explained how far we traveled for the experience and the lady could care less. Long story short the kids were upset we spent $45 and will not be returning.

They served me an undercooked chicken sandwich. When I wanted to exchange it for a cheeseburger, they wanted to up charge me. I spent F O R T Y - T H R E E dollars already, for cooked food and now you want to charge me more??? I had also ordered the same combo for my son that I was planning on taking to him, afraid it would also be undercooked. I won’t be serving that. The manager literally took my sandwich apart to verify that it was indeed undercooked. No apologies or anything. I’ll never be back. #SonicSucks

I love Sonic, their food and drinks are amazing but the paper straws are absolutely worthless. They are not durable enough for milkshakes and will bust open and fall apart before you can ever hope to finish your drink. Having no public restrooms is a pretty major inconvenience, especially with small kids.

I haven't been to a Sonic in over 10years. Even then I had never had the time to eat there. This time I finally ate there. My meal was wonderful. Even though I ate my meal from my car (they have car hops) it was an amazing experience. The staff is amazing. I ordered from my stahl and paid from my stahl too. If you have never had a Sonic experience I recommend you try it, it is so worth it.
