Mcdonald's

A few days ago I went to a McDonald’s and I was requested to just use the app to place my order. I have not particularly liked the McDonald’s app, as it frequently has issues compiling deals or the user interface becomes arduous. I very much resent being required to use an app to place my order, and when I said I didn’t want to utilize the app I was told that, “I need to get used to it as no one wants this job anyway and all the McDonald’s will be doing this in the future.” If I am forced to use the McDonald’s app to start making my purchases, I believe I will be making my purchases someplace else. The manager made every customer go to the kiosk, opting to dehumanize all parties and the experience as a whole. This is not the future I want to be part of. Either that manager was overzealous, McDonalds is forcing this, or we are much further along to our dystopian future than any of us realize.

Every time I go to this Mc Donald’s they always get my order wrong if I’m getting two to Three Meals or more and if you call to report that you got your wrong meal they will answer and hang up instantly because they always get the order wrong and they know why you are calling worst McDonalds please check out the employees they also don’t take out the trash on the side of the drive thru it’s always full

I highly recommend going to a different location before you go here. this is the second time I've had to call and complain that they don't change the grease out on their fryers. The french fries are so saturated and discolored that they make you ill after only eating a few. I called and talked to a manager and explained this to him and yet today the fries look worse so the grease has still not been changed. I highly recommend you putting your money in a different location.

We live in a society that relies for and more on debit cards and online sources for payment methods, yet this place is cash-only after 10pm...if this is a safety precaution, it makes little sense...it only encourages burglars if they know cash soon site...very inconvenient...and the drive-thru hands you your stuff without a word..."no thank you, come, again"! Ever! I guess "billions served" excludes the fast-food chain from encouraging repeat customers...
