Sonic Drive-in

Not everyone has the same abilities to reach and grab orders. When the carhops are lazy and don’t make sure the order is secure, the order hits the ground. Carhops shouldn’t then expect you to just take the order. Better training for your staff would ensure customers of all abilities are properly served. Also, please make your restroom accessible or take the accessible sign off of it. You’re violating state and federal laws as well as telling customers with disabilities they aren’t important to you.

This is the most incompetent sonic I’ve ever been to. I had a mobile order placed. Upon arrival, the large cheese tots were missing and the rest of the order was not even correct for over half of it. After pressing the red call button to tell them we were missing our cheese tots, we were told it’d be right out. After waiting about 10 minutes, we pressed it again. Another person answered and we told them we were still waiting. They didn’t say another word and completely ignored us. Finally, someone else got on the speaker and said they were bringing them out. After about ANOTHER 5 minutes of waiting simply on tater tots, they were STILL NOT CORRECT. The staff was rude, slow, and disrespectful. Too bad it was an online order and I had already paid, or I would’ve just left. I feel like I got scammed, and I will never return to this location.

Its useally a good place to stop and get a Qwick burger and fries or tator tots. Like two days ago when I got dinner the tots was cool almost cold like they had been sitting on the counter for awhile before I got them and that was a horrible experience. But it's useally good food.and doesnt take long to get your order. Uggg I’m so frustrated with sonic every time I get a regular size shake the lid pops off and it gets all over me and usually I’m in the car that’s when it is forsure to happen. I get the large the lid seems to stay on. The large shake is so expensive it’s not affordable to get every time!! So guess I’m just trying to see if I’m the only one that has that problem or if other are having the troubles also? Please respond and let me know. Thanks,
