Not a good experience. The drive thru individual failed to inform us that they were out of ice before placing our order. When at the window they gave us a drink without ice, which isn't terrible, but at least let us know beforehand. After giving us the order we were told about the ice. There were two orders of fries only one was filled. We thought they were in the bottom of the bag....not there. We paid for two fries and only received one full and a second with a trace at the bottom of the container. Lastly, my fish sandwich or at least that's what it was supposed to be. The fish was so dry it was rubbery and inedible. I don't like fast food but will try it on occasion during travel. This experience gives the hard-working fast food industry a bad name.

Always love Burger King, all the breakfast sandwiches and the small burgers are just the right size/amount for us Seniors. We always get hot and fresh tator tots/fresh fries. We visit at least one a week, too.

Wasn’t informed about the lack of ingredients to complete my order until after order was place and payed for, only to then be given the complete opposite burger than that which I had ordered. I love Burger King but this was the worst experience I have ever had an establishment

Just ate the worse whopper in my lifetime they had used sweet butter pickles it ruin the whole burger plus it was very dry I usually use 5 napkins but not on this trip plus there was a bad ac drop they had buckets out but there was big puddles on the floor never going back

Dry bread and the drink machine, while offering hundreds of flavor combinations, is unfortunately set up to dispense more soda than flavor syrup so all of the choices end up being disgusting. And the onion rings were cold. Just not great.

Despite being a huge chain restaurant, BK still delivers the best fries. Thick, crispy on the outside, always hot, and just bomb. The whopper has been around l Ionger than my age, and it has proven better than McD's Big Mac every time. Flame broiling is the key.

Ordered a spicy chking, not spicy in the very least, breading was soggy, sauce was an orange mayo that had very little flavor. Was more like a southwest chicken sandwhich from McDonald's but twice the cost. Menu pic is very deceiving. Unsalted fries. Too expensive for what it is.

Ordered a bacon king and after I was a few miles away, discovered I had some type of chicken sandwich and a sausage biscuit. Incompetent at best.
