I came in a few days ago and a lovely lady helped me and it made my day 1000000 times better I was having such an awful day and her positive attitude and hard work ethic just made my mood so much better! I think her name was Sylvia. She works hard to run that store! She definitely has me coming back as a regular as long as Sylvia is there. I assume she’s the GM or AGM

To start, we weren't greeted or even acknowledged when we walked in the building. The store was empty, it was only us, so no reason for us not to be acknowledged. We walked up to the counter to order and stood there in silence, but when the cashier did not say anything we proceeded to order. After the first person ordered the cashier just stared at us instead of asking if we needed anything else. When we ordered and she started making the order another woman walked in. While the cashier was busy making our order, she still greeted the other woman and was very polite to her. The cashiers behavior was unexceptable and rude.

Smoothies are usually fine, but we've recently experienced a few issues using GrubHub getting and delivering the wrong sizes, and that's not an issue with GrubHub. The last three times we've ordered from this location, though, waffles have arrived burnt to a crisp, to the point that you could smell the burning through the bag. I'm actually not sure how they were deemed acceptable to send out the door.

December 30, 5:15 pm. Just got two peanut butter moods. Not to good. The girl didn’t put the frozen yogurt in. So then it was very runny like water. She then proceeded to keep adding ice to thicken them. Didn’t work. Handed us our smoothies the immediately disappeared to the back somewhere before I could ask her to remake them.

The food here is amazing it is delicious and not honestly not even that overpriced, you get a good amount of food for the money you spend as long as you avoid the breakfast sandwiches. The facility was clean, food came out quickly, and honestly it was a 5 star experience. I think that is why it is so impressive that the staff members glare alone could make me dislike this experience so much. The second I walked in with my small group she glared us down and seemed to be highly impatient with us even though there was no line and we were being very polite. She never stopped the glaring bit and snapped at us repeatedly when we hesitated while ordering. Jamba, you have a really nice place here but I think a mirror in the break room and some smiling lessons could go a long way.
